Custom Projects and Event/Wedding Signage can usually take 4-6 weeks depending upon the client’s request. Therefore, it is preferred to reach out at least 2 months prior to your date.

Yes, It is preferred that the client provides the surface for their custom project. This will help reduce any cost needed to provide the item. Additionally, we can focus our attention and time on the artwork rather than both finding the object and completing the project.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any customizable/handmade item such as candles, signage, etc.

Papery products can be returned if damaged or misprinted and can be re-shipped upon request at no additional cost.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process the order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

For custom orders, I will begin designing within 2-3 days after your payment has been submitted.
