My Story

Hi, I’m Katrina and welcome to my studio! Before KDOT, I was working full time as a Certified Athletic Trainer. I loved what I did, but I knew I always had a creative side. Over the years, I’ve handlettered signs and did calligraphy for clients as a hobby. In 2019, I began playing around with digital art and ended up loving that niche just as much.

Now, my love for candles has always been present. My best friend introduced me to essential oils and I shortly found out that I could create my own candles. Since I was pregnant at the time, I was researching clean candles, safe for burning in our home. I thought to myself, I can just make that! 

My hope for you is that you see a product that brings you joy, purpose, & happiness. My intent behind every product is to spark creativity, usefulness, & to create memorable pieces whether they go in your home or are gifted to someone special that incite warmth & fulfillment.
